this day i went on a motorbike with a vietnamese guide to ta phin village.

there are different ethnic groups living near together and speaking a really different own language. some of them couldn't really communicate with the outher people. its only possible with the vietnamese language.

The town of Sa Pa lies at about 1600 meters of altitude.

everywhere the effiecient hmong-women are trying to sell their "handmade" stuff for souveniers.
but i think most of them are imported from china

she sold me the most beautiful bag there from sa pa to a good price! and it was really funny to talk with here. some of them speak really good english.
